Trade terms and Cancallation Policy
I reserve the right to charge extra where an added service has been provided and discussed with you at the time of treatment.
All service & product prices are GST inclusive and subject to change without notice at The Beauty in You's discretion.
Please note there is a 2.5% credit card transaction fee for visa/mastercard payments. No added fees will be added to Eftpos debit, direct transfer or cash payments.
Appointment Cancellation Policy:
Please arrive 5-10 mins before your appointment time.
If you require email, text or phone reminder for your appointment, please advise.
Late arrival could reduce your reserved treatment time or result in postponement of the appointment with penalty fee.
If you need to change your treatment, appointment time or cancel I ask that you let us know at least 24 hours before hand.
This is particularly important during holiday periods, as appointment times are in high demand and usually a waiting list of stand-by customers is pending any change.
If a cancellation is less than 12 hours under certain circumstances there will be no charge, otherwise a 50% charge will apply and No Shows will incur a 100% fee for the booked treatment value which will need to be paid via bank deposit within 7 days of appointment, with invoice sent after 7 days with penalty fees applied.
Credit card details or deposit may be required to reserve certain bookings.
